Job Requirements
• Grade 12 (Critical)
• Forklift driver’s licence (Advantageous)
• Material Management Certificate, or equivalent (advantageous)
• 1-2 years of experience(advantageous)

Roles and Responsibilities
• Responsible for all raw material stocked in the plan (Warehouse R3 and R 45)
• Conduct stock audit of raw material, hardware, consumables, and tooling spares.
• Update figures on raw material stock on hand sheet.
• Review outstanding orders for suppliers.
• Analyse the production stock sheet and plan calling off material or spares.
• Update stock on hand sheet and stock figures on Syspro.
• Communicate with managers and shift leaders of relevant departments should there be any shortages against customer requirements.
• Communicate with forklift driver and advise him/her as to what stock need to be pulled out for staging.
• Organizes a regular stock maintenance and inventory in the storage area.
• Assembles deliveries out of given storage compartments and reviews for completeness.
• Completes packaging of deliveries having regard to shipping instructions, common methods of dispatch, types of packaging and other instructions.
• Adds the corresponding shipping documents to the outgoing goods.
• Shift Work and after hours call outs including overtime as and when required.
• Independent storage of the production the acceptance of the goods
• To uphold golden rules.

• Produce units to the defined output rate.
• Accurately record all data on the data capture sheet timeously.

• Comply with SHEMS procedures & requirements.
• Manage and improve 5s in the plant according to the 5s Audit sheet.
• Manage and improve safety within the working area and meet safety targets for that area.

Quality
• Ensure quality of stock moving in and out of stores.

Delivery
• Pack parts as per the packing instruction and perform work according to the set standards.
• Raise problems and concerns to the Shift leader timeously.

Attendance
• Responsible for own personal attendance to ensure it is 98% on an ongoing basis.
• Ensure all information on timesheets are accurate and submit to the Manager.

People development
• Follow HR Policies & Procedures. Responsible for own personal development.

General
• Report on production performance. Carry out any reasonable instructions.”
