Responsibilities
TQM/ Elimination of waste
- Utilise all allocated resources within your control effectively at all times.
.5’s
- Ensure 5S (Ensure 5S direction to defined standards).
- Practice and improve 5S in your work area and in the manufacturing areas as in line with the company standards.
Health, Safety and Environment
- Ensure PPE is worn according to work standards.
- Follow the SHEMS procedures.
- All incidents need to be reported within the same shift. Perform all safety checks according to the safety standards.
- To ensure a safe working environment at all times.
Quality
- Ensure work produced is of a high standard.
- Risk based thinking.
Delivery
- To ensure on delivery time .
Attendance
- Responsible personal attendance to ensure it is 98% on an ongoing basis (Since the role is to support production, your attendance is vital for the successful running of the plant).
